Unless you experience any pain or other unusual symptoms, it's okay to continue exercising.
If you've continued to exercise throughout your pregnancy, congratulations! During these last few weeks, keep going as long as your doctor permits. If you're having a healthy pregnancy, there's no reason to quit exercising. Continue to stay hydrated. Listen to your body, and if you feel fatigued, take a break. Several short bouts of exercise make more sense than one long one. As always, stop working out immediately if you experience any warning signs.
