Pregnancy Giving Birth Preparing for Labor Choose Your Own (Birth) Adventure 3 By Parents Editors Published on October 2, 2007 Share Tweet Pin Email Back home, you call your hubby and the office to tell them you're feeling woozy and won't be in today (no sense in jumping the gun with false labor news). Then you rummage around in the fridge for something spicy to eat -- hey, it couldn't hurt! -- get comfy on the couch, and scroll through your DVR to find something to watch. Just when you're getting deep into the TV zone, you feel it again. This time stronger. You... A. leap off the couch immediately to call your partner (again) and doctor. B. decide not to panic -- you've heard too many stories (like practically everyone's) about how the pregnant lady went to the hospital too soon, just sat there, and eventually was sent home. You're not ready to bolt yet -- you're going to wait it out a little longer if you can. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
