The star is expanding her family despite a scary pregnancy the last time around.
Looks like it's going to be a party of seven for Tori Spelling and her family. The former 90210 star—already mom to kids Liam, 9; Stella, 8; Hattie, 5; and Finn, 4, with husband Dean McDermott—has just revealed to People that she's preggers with baby #5!
"It was a total surprise," the actress admitted. "Dean was saying, 'We just got Finn out of diapers; I thought we were in the clear!' For the first time this year, they're all in school. So it's like, wow. We're basically starting over."
The news is remarkable, given the fact that while 20 weeks pregnant with Finn, Spelling was diagnosed with placenta previa—a scary condition in which the placenta covers the cervix and can cause severe bleeding—and spent 10 weeks in the hospital and four months on bed rest.
"I was flat on my back," she told E! News of the experience. "I wasn't allowed to even get up to walk in the halls. My bathroom privileges would be taken away. I wasn't allowed to shower. Everything was stripped from you."

The rough time last go 'round coupled with the fact that Spelling is now 43 means this fifth pregnancy will be considered a high-risk one. But the proud mama—who told People she and Dean always wanted a big family—thinks the new addition is meant to be.
"Nothing is ever perfect, but I'm so madly in love with my husband and with our kids," she explained. "The idea of adding to that is such a blessing."
Awww. We're happy for Tori and wish her a healthy pregnancy and delivery!
