This mama proves that scars are nothing to be ashamed of.

Andrea Grant was only 9 years old when a fire started by a gas leak completely destroyed her home and left her with third-degree burns over 85 percent of her body.

But destroy her spirit it could not.

Now 15 years later, Grant is both a motivational speaker and the woman behind Beyond Scars, a foundation aimed at lifting up other burn survivors. Pretty amazing.

And get this: While doctors had initially told the 24-year-old she'd never be able to carry a pregnancy to term due to her scars, the determined mama—now 37 weeks into her second pregnancy!—has proven them wrong. And in order to celebrate her victory, she's posted some seriously inspiring maternity pics over on Instagram that feature her beautiful, bare bump—scars and all.

"Life is worth living with scars," she captioned this breathtaking image.

"I learned to love myself unconditionally," she wrote in the caption of this next one, "Because I am a queen."

No arguments here. #BowDown

The incredibly raw yet stunning images have blown-up big time online, much to the brave mama's amazement. "I wanted to share this pregnancy with [other] survivors, so I said at the end I'll do a photoshoot, not thinking the photos would go viral," she told BuzzFeed. "It makes me feel like God is reminding me that I am beautiful. Even I get discouraged sometimes, so to see so many people speak so highly of me and my story makes me feel stronger."

We think Andrea Grant is already one strong, courageous, and beautiful woman for teaching us all that having scars is nothing to be ashamed of. Congrats to this amazing soon-to-be mom-of-two!
