Back before Khloe Kardashian confirmed her pregnancy, the buzz was that she was expecting a baby boy with boyfriend Tristan Thompson. But now that the mom-to-be has gone public with the pregnancy news, she's also sharing the official sex of their baby. The big reveal played out on last night's season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
In the clip, Khloe got a call from Kylie, who was tasked with finding out the baby's sex from Khloe's doctor. At the time, Khloe was visiting San Francisco with sisters Kim and Kourtney.
"You're having a girl!" Kylie shared with her older sister. "You're lying!" Khloe responded, to which Kylie replied, "I'm not lying. I'm so excited for you, Khloe!" But Khloe's reaction was unchanged, as she said disappointedly, "I don't feel like I'm having a girl." She later said that she had been hoping for a baby boy.
Following the episode's airing, Khloe took to Twitter to clarify to fans that her initial reaction didn't hold. “God gives us what we need! His timing is never wrong! my hormones were IN RARE FORM for that news,” she tweeted. “I am now so excited my daughter will have forever best friends with Chicago and Stormi!! God is great!!! Thank you Lord for our princess.”
She later shared hopes for her daughter on her app, writing that she wants her little girl to “speak many languages,” have a talent for “singing,” and be able to excel at “self-love.” She says her L.O. "is going to grow up listening to: Old school music. We listen to it now. All Anita Baker, Michael McDonald, Marvin Gaye, Patti LaBelle, Michael Jackson … real music!”
Clearly, there's so much happiness in store for Khloe and Tristan! Congrats!
