The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been sharing her workouts on Snapchat -- and she has no time for detractors.

Whether you're a mom or mom-to-be, you're at risk of being shamed for just about anything these days. And of course, if you're famous -- forget about it! Case in point: It took less than one full week after Khloe Kardashian confirmed her pregnancy news for the reality star to come under fire for her prenatal fitness plan.

Since going public as an expectant mama, she's returned to documenting her awesome workouts on Snapchat. Yet, continuing to keep up with her exercise plan seems to strike some of her followers as thoroughly unacceptable. After catching wind of their criticism, Khloe took to Twitter to share an article from Fit Pregnancy titled "33 Reasons to Exercise Now."

“For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden, MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended," the 33-year-old wrote. "Thanks kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing s—.”

Thankfully, plenty of her fans jumped in to support her efforts, cheering her on for sticking to her routine and even noting how exercise can improve your delivery and recovery experience.

The bottom-line from the American Pregnancy Association: "If you have been following a regular exercise program prior to your pregnancy, you should be able to maintain that program to some degree throughout your pregnancy. Exercise does not increase the risk of miscarriage in a normal low risk pregnancy. The important thing is to discuss these pregnancy exercise guidelines with your health care provider and set up the right routine for you."
