Jason Sudeikis Adorably Tells Story of Olivia Wilde's False Alarm 4 Days Before Daisy Was Born
It sounds like Daisy Sudeikis is already part of the Beyhive!
The newborn daughter of Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis was born October 11, but she almost made her debut before Beyoncé's concert a few days earlier. "We came really close," Sudeikis told Harry Connick Jr. Friday on his new talk show, Harry. "Daisy was born on Tuesday, but on Friday night, [Olivia] and I were going out — date night. This is how confident of a lady Olivia is: She's like, 'Date night, we're going to go see Beyoncé'," the former Saturday Night Live star recalled.
Things hit a snag when there was an accident on their route through the Lincoln Tunnel, which connects New Jersey and Manhattan.
"I don't know if it was the pressure, if it was the traffic, or the fact that we were going to be late. It was just bad in the back seat of the car. We U-turned and got it out of there."
They quickly drove to their hospital on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but it turns out that Daisy wasn't ready to be born, she was just ready to party along with her favorite singer. Wilde is a huge Beyoncé fan—the couple even threw their son Otis, 2, a Bey-themed birthday party—so it's pretty safe to say Daisy is fimilar with the "Formation" singer's music.

"I think she was just fired up," he said. "Just sitting there doing the ['Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)'] dance, like, 'I know where I'm going!'"
Their experience is a good reminder that babies don't care where you're going; you're on their time—even if you shelled out money for Beyoncé tickets!
