'Bachelor in Paradise' Stars Carly Waddell & Evan Bass Are Expecting Their First Baby

The reality stars, who tied the knot in June, confirmed that they have a baby on the way in 2018!

Bachelor in Paradise stars Carly Waddell and Evan Bass, who met on the ABC reality show franchise, are expecting their first child together, People exclusively confirmed. Bass and Waddell announced the pregnancy with the following joyful statement: “We are so happy to be expanding our family as we welcome Baby Bass in 2018." So sweet! 

Waddell also took to Instagram to share the happy news, writing, "SECRET IS OUT GUYS!!!! Evan and I are SO EXCITED to announce we are HAVING A BABY!!! What a beautiful, wonderful, wild year it has been and the adventure continues Feb 2018! ??❤️ (also Evans face here is hilarious and wonderful)"

The pair currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with Bass’ three sons from a previous relationship: Nathan, Liam, and Ensley. They tied the knot back in June in an intimate ceremony that took place in Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The show’s host Chris Harrison officiated. 

“We had a dream wedding on Saturday. It was truly the perfect day with friends and family in Mexico,” the newlyweds said of their nuptials in an exclusive joint statement to People. “There was no better way to celebrate the start of our forever journey together. The setting, in a garden overlooking the ocean, created a stunning visual that I don’t think anyone will forget. Evan’s children delivered heartfelt and hysterical speeches that had everyone laughing and crying simultaneously. The love from Bachelor Nation has been overwhelming and we are so grateful to all who helped make this day amazing.” 

Now that they have a L.O. on the way, the reaction from their fans is sure to be just as filled with love and excitement! Congrats to the happy couple!
