Who answers the questions?

Any member of our site is allowed to answer a question to try to provide you with the best answers. We also have a team of experts that will offer answers for select questions.

How do I ask a question?

Type your question into the open text box on the Main page or any Channel page. You'll be given the chance to browse through previously submitted questions to see if your question has already been asked. If not you will add a title to your question, your full question, and the option to submit your question to an expert.

How can I submit a question to an expert?

If you want to submit your question to an expert, there is a check box on the "Submit your Question" form. Alternatively, if you are viewing a question, there is a link under each question to submit that question to an expert.

How quickly should I expect to receive an expert answer?

Our experts will try to get to as many questions as possible but may not be able to address every question.

How do I report something that's inappropriate?

To report any offensive item, click the "Report Abuse" link under each question or answer. You can also email qahelp@meredith.com
