Make It: Place Wheat Thin crackers on a large platter. Make seven horizontal rows with nine crackers in each. Use a dab of low-fat cream cheese to attach raspberries to all of the crackers in the fifth and seventh rows and to the last six crackers in the first and third rows. Spread about 1/2 tsp. low-fat cream cheese on all of the crackers in the fourth and sixth rows and on the last six crackers in the second row. Secure three small blueberries on each of the remaining crackers with more low-fat cream cheese.
