The soon-to-be mom of three, host of Home Made Simple on OWN, and co-owner of The Little Seed, a kids' eco-friendly store in Los Angeles, says so much is easier the third time around. Except morning sickness! Check out the words Frye lives by.
Children are the best teachers. "When I became a mom, I thought, I'm going to teach my kids so much. Instead, I learn from them. Especially to live in the moment."
Use your diaper bag wisely. "Besides wipes, diapers, and a baby blanket, bring a change of clothes -- for yourself," Frye says. "You'll feel better if you're not covered in spit-up. And pack water. Moms need to stay hydrated."
Be green when you can. "Our customers love these colorful organic cotton bodysuits." ($16 each; TheLittleSeed.com) She also loves the chlorine-free diapers from pal Jessica Alba's line, The Honest Co.
Focus on fun. "I'm all about throwing parties to celebrate family. I even wrote a book about it!" ($22.50; Amazon.com)
Embrace sibling love. "My two daughters can't wait to meet their new little brother."
It's the little things. "Lip gloss makes me happy." ($9 each; Burts Bees.com)
