It won't be too long now until North and Saint have a new sibling. Kim and Kanye's surrogate is reportedly three months pregnant, meaning we can all expect a new addition to the family late this year or early next year. The couple chose a woman in her twenties from San Diego through an agency, reports Us Weekly. (FYI, here are the crazy costs associated with going the surrogate route.)

In case you haven't been ~keeping up~ with Kim's fertility saga, the couple's decision to hire a surrogate didn't come easy. Two doctors warned Kim that a third pregnancy would be risky, since she had suffered from a condition called preeclampsia during her during her first two pregnancies. But she was still reluctant at first.

"My bond with my kids is so strong. I think my biggest fear is that if I had a surrogate, would I love them the same? That's the main thing I keep thinking about," Kim said on KUWTK about her desire to carry a third child herself.

Kim even underwent a risky and painful procedure to repair a hole in her uterus in an attempt to get pregnant, but it was unsuccessful. Kim has shared in the past that a large family is important to her, so it's clear she eventually got over her surrogacy hang-ups to make a third child possible.

We're officially a few months out from the birth of baby number three. That means it's time to start placing bets on what unusual name the couple will go with this time.
