Fans can't get enough of Joanna and Chip GainesFixer Upper, so it's no surprise that HGTV will debut a new show featuring the beloved couple. The half-hour-long "companion project" is called Fixer Upper: Behind the Design, and it'll give viewers a glimpse at the design process that goes into the stars' projects.

Joanna will sit down with homeowners and talk about their style preferences, and then she'll go into how she makes her paint color, cabinet hardware, decorative accessories, and furnishing selections.

“I can’t wait to show our fans how every piece of the design comes together before the final reveal,” Joanna shared in a statement. “I want to nail every detail so that, when we walk away, Chip and I know we’ve given a family the one-of-a-kind home of their dreams.”

“Jo puts her heart and soul into every fixer upper we design,” Chip remarked. “Our hope is that these homes become a beautiful part of each family’s next chapter.”

You can catch the first of 15 episodes on April 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, right after the regular Fixer Upper series airs. Check out exclusive photos and video at
