[MUSIC] Celeb Moms Get Real About Breast-Feeding. Jenna Elfman: My mom didn't breastfeed me. The first time I saw someone breastfeed I was like 11 or 12, and I was like, Whoa. I thought it was awesome, and I wanted to do that. It felt so right to me. Jennifer Garner: All I ever heard was someone b*tch about it. Nobody ever said 'You are not going to believe how emotional this is.' Molly Sims: He was literally like a vampire on me for three months. It was unbelievable. Cut to: I'm not breastfeeding and I'm proud of it. Beyonce Knowles-Carter: I lost most of my weight from breastfeeding and I encourage women to do it. It's just so good for the baby and good for yourself. Kelly Rowland: I had my heart set on breastfeeding, but I wasn't producing enough milk. I got down on myself, which I think was mentally limiting my supply. Kristin Cavallari: It's hard. It was the hardest part of having a baby and no one tells you that. I was a slave to pumping. Alicia Silverstone: Everyone I know who had pain in the beginning says how amazing it was after the first two weeks. That the insane feelings of ecstasy as your kid nurses are the best ever and that it's so worth the barracuda jaws for two weeks. Parents
