PSA: Whether Beyoncé is breastfeeding or not, and whether she drinks alcohol or not, is really none of our beeswax!

If anyone deserves a sip of wine, it's Beyoncé. I mean, this mama just carried a twin pregnancy, in front of a worldwide audience. Talk about stress! And yet, when Bey recently shared an Instagram snap of herself appearing to enjoy a glass of red during a night out, breastfeeding zealots promptly attacked.

Indeed, upon posting the shot, the star, who just gave birth to twins Sir Carter and Rumi, immediately became the target of mommy shamers."If she is nursing the babies, wine ain't good," one commenter said. Another blasted the star, saying, "You feed your children with your breast why do you drink?!?"

Other commenters came to the singer's defense. "You go girl! 9 months without touching wine must be pure torture," one joked. Another pointed out, "No one's business what she drinks or what the babies drink from." Truth

But let's cut through the MANY opinions and break down what is actually going on in this photo.

First of all, we don't even know for sure that any alcohol passed Beyoncé's lips. In the photo, we just see her putting the glass up to her mouth.

Secondly, we don't even know if she's breastfeeding! P.S. This doesn't concern anyone but her and her family!

Thirdly, according to experts, drinking some alcohol while you breastfeed is actually okay. Yes, alcohol will be passed along in your breast milk, but only in very small amounts. So drinking in moderation is not harmful to baby. In fact, if Beyoncé were to sip one glass of wine per day, in all likelihood, her babies would be perfectly fine, even if she didn't pump and dump.

Finally, how do we know that the star mama didn't pump breast milk ahead of time before this shot was taken? Reminder: It's still none of our business.

Ultimately though, I have to believe Beyoncé knew posting this image would spark controversy and get folks talking. And so, I have to therefore assume, she doesn't care what we think, and is just living her life. You go girl!
