Raising Kids Celebrity Parents Celebrity Moms & Dads 8 Sweet Things Celeb Moms Have Said About Their Husbands As Fathers Celebrity guys get even more attractive with fatherhood—just like your hubby. By Lindsay Tigar Published on June 1, 2016 Share Tweet Pin Email You thought you loved your hubby the most the day you walked down the aisle, but that heart-racing feeling wasn't anything compared to the day you both became parents. Though everyone told you having kids would change everything, what you didn't realize was how much it would deepen and strengthen your love for your leading man as you watched him fall in love with your children and be a (pretty awesome) father to them. Celebrity moms aren't immune to that gushy flood of emotions either, and that's why we've rounded up the sweetest thing they've said about their husbands as fathers. Get ready to swoon! @cyruskstew/Twitter Mila Kunis Already a special love story (did you know he was her first kiss, ever?!), Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher welcomed baby girl Wyatt in October 2014. A year later, Mila spoke highly of her husband in the Telegraph's Luxury magazine, saying: "My husband is an incredible hands-on dad. When my child was born, I was breastfeeding and he said, 'That's your connection. I want to change every diaper.'" It was that mentality that led Ashton to fight for more changing tables in men's restrooms, because, hey, if a dad wants to take care of his kid, shouldn't he have a place to clean up the poo? Sweet Things Celeb Dads Have Said About Their Wives as Moms Helga Esteb/Shutterstock Emily Blunt John Krasinski has never been shy about his love for his wife Emily Blunt, and it's easy to tell: this funny twosome can barely stop laughing when they're spotted on the red carpet. But apart from making his fave lady LOL, he apparently has another skill that Emily bragged about: he's a pro at burping the baby. During an appearance on "The Ellen Degeneres Show," Emily said, "He's the greatest dad. She just loves him. He's like the burp king. He can just get a beer burp out of this kid. It even surprised her, you can tell. He burps her and she's taken aback by it. It's an underrated skill." Jessica Simpson/Instagram Jessica Simpson Jessica Simpson and former NFL player Eric Johnson sure seem like they have a sexy marriage (remember those steamy 50 Shades of Grey-inspired photos?!), but at the center of their lives is their family. In an interview with Female First, Simpson bragged on her husband, saying "He is very supportive, but he's definitely a father first. And he's an amazing husband. I have to go to an approval meeting, and he's like, 'OK, I'll take Maxwell to horseback riding lessons.' [He] wants me to keep doing what I've been doing." Vanessa Lachey/Instagram Vanessa Lachey From their sweet Instagram snaps to how they jokingly talk about having a third baby (if it happens, of course), Vanessa and NIck Lachey seem to be pretty smitten with one another. She told E! News that her hubby is a hands-on dad that's "the best," and when it comes to balancing childcare with work, they're definitely team players. "I one-thousand percent know I couldn't have done this without him," she said. "And that's why I married this guy. It's a partnership and when he's busy in New York, I'm on mommy duty one-hundred percent, and when he comes back, we share the duty, and when I'm doing stuff, he's on daddy duty one-hundred percent. So, it's just comforting to have a support system. Every single day, I'm grateful for him." Fallon Tonight/Twitter Jessica Biel Though Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have remained tight-lipped about their 1-year-old son Silas, Biel hasn't been able to stay secretive about how great of a dad Timberlake is. While on the TODAY show, she was asked about how her hubby handles the tough moments of parenting a baby—ya know, late-night feedings, crying, and diapers—and she was quick to say, "He is doin' it all. He is in there, deep." 12 Celebrity Daddy-Daughter Photos That Will Melt Your Heart DFree/Shutterstock Kim Kardashian Kanye might have been overly involved in the maternity wardrobe of his wife Kim Kardashian, and when it comes to their daughter North, he continues the tradition. While on "The Ellen Degeneres Show," Kim said, "He is honestly the most amazing dad; he loves her so much. He really is a hands-on dad." While he definitely takes care of his babe and shows off his love for her, Kim says diaper duty isn't for him—unless of course, there is an emergency. Even though we think that's pretty lame (c'mon, Kanye, you can do it!), his wife doesn't seem to mind. She posted a tribute to her hubby on Instagram for Father's Day last year with the caption, "I'm so lucky to be married to a man who is so in love with his daughter, your bond is irreplaceable! Thank you for being such a good dad! We love and appreciate you so much. We're so blessed to have you!" Victoria Beckham/Instagram; David Beckham/Instagram Victoria Beckham While you could argue they're a posh couple, they're actually a little more loving than they let on. For her interview with the U.K. magazine Grazia Daily, Victoria dismissed divorce rumors by saying, "David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other, and are strong as both partners and parents. My husband constantly inspires me and guides me, he has done so much good work. I look up to him and have the utmost admiration for all that he has achieved." To continue keeping it real, she added, "I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children. Yes, we travel a lot with our respective businesses and charitable commitments, but we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family." Carey Hart/Instagram Pink The singer and her hubby Carey Hart recently celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary, and though she admits their relationship has endured many ups and downs (we love her honesty!), the singer told Ellen DeGeneres that Carey is a great father to their daughter Willow...even if it irritates her sometimes! "He always falls asleep putting Willow to bed," Pink told the talk show host. "The other night I said, 'Are you going to stay up tonight?' And he said, 'I would like to.' I said, 'I don't really know what that means. Should I light candles and open wine and put on a show? Are we goin' big here? Or are you going to fall asleep again?'" Unfortunately, Pink found herself alone with the candles and wine, as her hubby had indeed fallen asleep with Willow. But, she joked, at least she got all caught up on "Homeland." "He's very, very handsome," Pink finally admitted. "And he's sweet. And he's an incredible dad...he's a cuddle monkey." Who just needs to stay awake to cuddle with his wife sometimes!
