-There are so many manners that all kids need for life but there are three that every child should know. Starting with the first, eye contact. Here's what we're gonna do. I'm gonna see if we can hold our eye contact for 11 seconds. Do you think we could do -that? -Yes -All right. Set, go. Great job Madison! Another really important skill set for your child to know is how to shake hands. Madison, this is called the web of my hand. Can you show me your web? That's your web. When we shake hands, we're supposed to touch webs. Ready? Hi, Madison! I'm Faye de Muyshondt. It's nice to meet you. Did we touch webs? -We did! Another good thing to teach your children at home is how to have a conversation. We always assume that our kids know how to have conversations but it's important to teach it. So, whoever has the ball has to ask a question. Go. -How are you? -I'm good, thank you! I'm having a great day, Madison. How are you doing? -Good. -How to make eye contact, how to shake hands and how to have a conversation are three invaluable manners to teach kids at home.
