Cut 1/2-inch-long slits around the hole about 1/4 inch apart. 03 of 04 Step 2 Paula Hible Tape 6 to 8 paper clips around the back of the plate. 04 of 04 Step 3 Paula Hible Trace plastic lid 6 to 8 times onto different papers and cut out.
