This cosy, clever costume is made using easy-to-find materials.

What You'll Need

2 yds. quilt batting, scissors, oversize white tank top, ribbon, staples, fabric glueMake It1. Make 20 small puffs of quilt batting.2. Slit back of tank top vertically (so it's easier to put on). On each side of slit, make 2 small holes. Thread ribbon through to make ties.3. Staple puffs to tank top until it's covered. Glue on more puffs to fill.

HEADBAND

What You'll Need

Headband, ribbon, hot-glue gun and glue sticks, printer, paper, scissors, glittered cardstock, wire and cutters

Make It

1.Print large number 9 from computer; cut it out. Trace it on glittered cardstock and cut it out.

Wrap headband in ribbon, secure with glue. Cut 6" wire; hot-glue to bottom back of '9.' Wrap wire around headband to secure.
