What can I do about a damaged issue?
If an issue arrives damaged, we'll either extend your subscription an extra issue or replace the damaged issue (supplies permitting).
To report the damaged issue, please use our online customer service center.
Remember to include the mailing address as it appears on your magazine label, renewal notice or billing invoice in your e-mail as well as your account number. Your account number is on your magazine address label. The sample below shows the location of the account number in yellow (the first 10 numbers above your name).
