Hobby Lobby has just issued a recall on some of its rattles and pacifier holders. Here's what you need to know.

The company is recalling close to 13,000 Little Wishes Summer Plush Pacifier Holders sold between January and April 2016, after discovering that some of the parts can detach and pose a choking hazard.

Included in the recall are the Blue Whale (item number 5202601), because the fin can pop off, and the Pink Octopus (item number 5725213), because the head detaches. If you have either of these products in your home, please stop using them immediately and return them to the nearest Hobby Lobby store for a full refund or store credit.

Hobby Lobby is additionally recalling more than 14,000 of its Little Wishes Chenille Stuffed Rattles—which also pose a choking hazard because the seams can separate, exposing the fiber stuffing and bell rattle.

Both the Pink & Green Fish (item number 5141577) and the Blue & Yellow Fish (5127642) rattles are included in the recall. And again, parents should stop their kids from using the recalled rattles right away and return them to the nearest store. So far, no incidents have been reported—to report one, click here—but Hobby Lobby is offering a full refund on the toys.

For more info, you can contact Hobby Lobby Stores at 800-326-7931 Monday through Friday, or online at www.hobbylobby.com and click on the "Recall" tab at the bottom of the page.
