Go for the Gold: Olympic Medal Craft
What You'll Need
- Air-hardening modeling clay
- Rolling pin
- Wax paper
- 2-1/2-inch biscuit cutter
- 1/4-inch-wide ribbon
Roll the clay out on wax paper until it's 1/8 inch thick. Use the biscuit cutter to make a circle.
(Parent) With the skewer, punch a hole about 1/4 inch from the edge.
Let your child press sequins into the clay, alternating colors in concentric circles. When the clay has dried, thread the ribbon through the hole.
