Remove all inserts from the CD case, then trace it onto craft foam and cut. Trim edges of foam about 1/4" to 1/2" on either side so it fits snugly inside the plastic box.
Create a face with chenille stems, buttons, pom-poms, and felt. Leave the corner of the mouth open for the bead to land in. Glue facial features in place and let dry.
Cut chenille stems to fit around the edges, forming a frame, and glue in place. This prevents the bead from rolling out of the case. Seal edges of CD case with colored tape.
