Ready to Share
My 4-year-old daughter meeting her baby brother for the first time. My daughter has alopecia (hair loss condition) and her father and I gave her all the attention she could ever want. She was physically and mentally prepared for her baby brother. So we thought... When she walked into the room, she ran right up to the baby and wanted to hold him and kiss him. As she hopped up on my bed, her father placed the baby in her lap and she just gave him the sweetest loving gaze. When baby opened his eyes and saw his sister, oh boy, he had the loudest wale that echoed the room. Once she saw her dad picking up the baby, she cried her little heart out because her father's attention was towards the baby. After a little while, she calmed down and told the baby "It's ok baby brother, I will share" lol –Delene Nguyen
