Q: My baby has been getting sick since starting daycare. Is this normal, or should I take her out?

A: Unfortunately being around other kids means your baby is exposed to germs -- and it's totally normal for a child to get sick more frequently when she starts attending daycare or school. And daycare or not, remember that babies' immature immune systems make them prone to catching colds to begin with -- up to 10 a year is not unusual. If you're happy with the quality of the daycare and have no reason to believe that the center is unsanitary (or the teachers are not properly washing their hands after diapering or before feeding) then there's probably no reason to pull your child out.

My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website www.SleepBaby.org - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! Can’t imagine life without it! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Best of luck to you and your family :)
