You'll Pee Laughing at This Newborn Photo Shoot Surprise

As every new parents knows, life with baby can be, well, unpredictable. And such was the case during a recent newborn photo shoot involving a mama and her little one. Um, let's just say things didn't go exactly according to plan.

"So this happened today......" San Antonio-based photographer Maria Bercher captioned a hilarious shot she posted to her Facebook page of a baby peeing spontaneously during what was intended to be a sweet shot of mom and baby.

But the best part of this unexpected caught-on-film moment is the mom's expression. She's half surprised and half entertained by this impromptu golden shower. Props to her for not running out of the shot! Major props to Bercher for capturing the, uh, adorable bonding moment.

Not surprisingly, this isn't the first time a baby has let his pee go free during a photo shoot. "It happens all of the time," Bercher told Parents.com, adding, "We were just lucky enough that I was behind the camera when it did!"

And the mom was actually pumped about the resulting image, despite the fact that she likely had to change her shirt afterward. In fact, she knew getting peed on, on film, was a possibility before Bercher started clicking away. "We actually spoke about it when she arrived at the studio," Bercher said. "She commented that she thought it would be funny if we were able to catch it on camera IF it happened."

I guess they got lucky?

In the end, pee and all, Bercher tells Parents.com, "Being a newborn photographer in San Antonio is one of the most rewarding things I have done. I am grateful that I am able to capture the first precious moments of a child's life, especially when those moments aren't exactly what we are expecting."
