This Video of Baby Trying Chocolate for the First Time Is Pure Joy

Need a little pick-me-up? Watch this adorable (and oh-so-relatable) video of a baby falling in love with her first taste of chocolate.

A video that documents an adorable baby trying chocolate for the first time will give you all the happy feels you need today.

The one-minute YouTube video shows a mom offering her daughter a spoonful of chocolate, which she readily tastes. At first, the deliciousness of this treat doesn't register.

But, wait for it.

A moment later, this little lady is basically overwhelmed by how amazing life just became.

She's flapping her hands all over, and smiling as wide as her face will allow, plus cooing and just basically expressing her bliss through all means available to her.

Then, she realizes, there's more where that came from. And you'd better believe she's ready.

Each bite induces grins, and even laughter. It's as if this beyond-cute baby can't believe how great a taste can actually be.

Although her dad soon says this will be her last bite, I'll admit I could probably watch her eat about 14 more bites and still grin.

Meanwhile, the smile-inducing clip was also posted to Reddit, where commenters quickly confirmed what we already know: This is an awesome, feel-good moment.

"This is the cutest vid I've ever seen," one Redditor said.

"Thank you so much. This put a smile on my face," another commented, while another declared, "Wow thats just pure joy. Incredible."

So if you're feeling a little down today, watch this video on repeat. Then go have some chocolate yourself!

  1. My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>SleepBaby .org<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! Can’t imagine life without it! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! >>SleepBaby .org<< - sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link :) Best of luck to you and your family!
