Here's something you don't realize the first time you pee on a stick and see a plus sign: Once you pop that baby out, you're going to be peeing a lot more. And not always on purpose.

The fancy name for this condition is urinary incontinence, and it's a common postpartum symptom due to weakened muscles around the bladder and pelvis caused by popping a baby out, which make it harder for you to control when urine starts or stops.

This basically means every time you laugh, sneeze, or cough, there's a chance you're gonna wet your pants. Good times! And you thought it was annoying that your size zero jeans still didn't fit!

Yes, the post-pregnancy incontinence struggle is real, and now HelloFlo is taking on the topic in a new music video called "Leaks Can't Stop Me Now," which features a group of moms whose loss of bladder control doesn't keep them from dancing around in tutus and unitards while dropping it like it's hot and instructing us all to kick the dribble to its knees with a simple three-part move: "Stop, cock a hip, squeeze."

Is it just us, or is anyone else getting some serious "if Elle Woods had a bunch of kids, joined the Spice Girls, and finally graduated from the Bend and Snap move" vibes, this is what she'd be doing now?

"Before we were moms, we were tight, we were pert," one of the mamas croons into a microphone covered in a Poise pantyliner—which, of course, is what these guys are trying to sell us here. "But now one in three of us deals with the squirt."

Ok, so it's a little graphic. But it's also kind of empowering in the way it tries to encourage women not to let a little pee get in the way of a good time.

Or as the chick singing into a pantyliner put it: "Well, it ain't 1850 anymore. So line your panties, grab your dance shoes, and get on out the door."

Fine. I'm still doing the Bend and Snap, though.
