These Baby-Wearing Moms Dancing to Sugar Ray Win the Internet

These moms line-dancing to "Fly" while wearing their babies is the cutest thing you'll see all day.

Imagine you could multitask the following: bonding with your baby, exercising off pregnancy weight, socializing with other new moms, and having fun. The baby-wearing moms in this adorable video of a choreographed dance routine to Sugar Ray's song "Fly" are doing just that. Created by KangaGroove, a San Diego studio that offers funky babywearing dance classes to new parents, the four-minute clip of the adorable mom and baby moves has been viewed almost 5 million times and shared more than 70,000 times since being posted to Facebook.

In the beginning of the video, we see about a dozen moms swaying gently to the music with their little ones secured firmly to their chests in baby carriers. But soon the women are moving in sync with impressive coordination, given they aren't "flying" solo.

Honestly, these moms are clearly having so much fun, I couldn't help but smile. My favorite bit is when the song's lyrics say, "Put your arms around me baby," and the mamas do exactly that. I also love how if you look closely, you can see a pregnant woman in the back bumping right along with the moms. So cute!

Beyond just being adorbs, this class is truly an awesome idea. What new mom wouldn't want to have fun and get fit, but also get to spend quality time with their child? And do it all with other mothers and their babies?

I'm hoping this sweet fitness trend catches on in a major way. Especially since not a single baby is crying during the class, as far as I can tell. And that can't just be due to Sugar Ray.

What do you think of this sweet video?
