It's official: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is the cutest and most social media-savvy dad ever.

The actor and former WWE star has been using Instagram to chronicle his second-time fatherhood, announcing girlfriend Lauren Hashian's pregnancy by posting an adorable photo of himself palming her belly back in the fall, along with the caption: "I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more... IT'S A BABY GIRL!! We're so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share this news with y'all #BringOnMoreEstrogenInOurHome #MeAndPuppyHobbsAreTheOnlyDudes, #2xProudPapaBear, #JustOverHereMakingBabiesAndStuff and #AndPalmingPregnantBellys."

Then, in December, the Rock took to Instagram to share the first photo of his newborn baby girl. "Christmas came early!" he wrote. "Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy's chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning... Kinda crazy but in this cool and powerful skin to skin bonding moment with my newborn baby Jasmine, I had just one wish I asked the universe... Give me the strength to be a better man today than I was yesterday. If I can accomplish that, then I'd have a good shot at being a great father. To all you young men out there who will be fathers one day, the goal of 'being better' will never steer you wrong."

Ridiculously amazing!

Now the actor—who also has a 14-year-old daughter with ex-wife Dany Garcia—has just shared an absolutely adorable video of himself feeding Jasmine a bottle—this time while, ahem, shirtless.

"There's a lot going on with Daddy right now," he tells the camera, while cradling his baby girl.

Watch and swoon:

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
