Is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson the sweetest dad ever?

The actor posted the most adorable pic of him snugglig with his 4-month-old blue-eyed baby girl Jasmine to Instagram over the weekend, along with a pretty amazing caption that unveils the former pro-wrestler's softer side.

"I'm always asked - What inspires YOU?" he wrote. "My answer's easy and honest.. what inspires me the most is always waitin' for me to walk thru my front door when I come home. Happy 4 month birthday Jasmine! One day you'll know just how happy, proud, lucky and blessed you, your sister and your mama make me. You'll also thank me one day for your toughness and your mama's everything else."

So sweet!

He even punctuated the post with a winky face emoji, then—since the man clearly knows his way around a hastag— tacked on a couple of seriously cute ones: #HappyBirthdayJas #DaddysLilToughGirl #GratefulMan #Ohana4L. (Ohana is hawaiian for "family"—awwww!)

The Rock has a 14-year-old daughter, Simone, with ex-wife Dany Garcia, and he and longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian welcomed Jasmine back in December. Her birth was followed by another heartfelt Instagram post.

True story!

Meanwhile, the bona fide family man is busy shooting the much-anticipated Baywatch remake, and he recently announced that he's auctioning off a behind-the-scenes set visit for one winner and a lucky guest.

All together now: I'll be therrrre....

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
