Real Housewives of Atlanta star couple Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are the proud new parents of a son!

According to People magazine, little Ace Wells Tucker was born Wednesday weighing in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces. He joins two big sisters from the couple's previous relationships: Riley, 13, and Kaela, 19.

Burruss, who has been very open about her struggle to conceive again, explained her name choice, saying, "We named our beautiful baby boy Ace because I wanted something unique. When he becomes school age, hopefully he won't have to worry about another person in the class having his name."

Um, as long as he isn't in Jessica Simpson's son's class; but that's unlikely since she lives in Los Angeles!

"More than that, Ace represents the number 1 and that of the high quality, and our baby Ace is definitely that," added the 39-year-old singer-songwriter behind hits like "No Scrubs," my personal favorite from high school. "His middle name Wells was Todd's mother's last name. Using her last name as his middle name was our way of honoring her memory."

Burruss also gushed: "Todd and I have been waiting so long for his delivery and he is so very perfect."

The reality star shared the first postpartum photo of herself on Instagram, posing with a friend while still in the hospital, all smiles. The accompanying caption read: "was happy to see my sis @majorgirl today. I'm mad we didn't get to do a pregnancy belly pic together. We should've thought of that before today! Lol!"

Congrats to the star! We can't wait to hear more about baby Ace!

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
