Nobody can drag Louis Tomlinson down today! The One Direction band member has officially become a dad, according to Us Weekly, and it's a boy!

"Everyone is good and happy," a source told the magazine about Tomlinson and the baby's mom, stylist Briana Jungwirth. She reportedly gave birth Thursday in Los Angeles; no name is known at this time.

News that the boy bander was going to become a father first broke over the summer. At the time, a source told People magazine, although the pregnancy came as a surprise, "Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother."

Of course, given that the band has split up for the time being, the 24-year-old new dad will have plenty of time to hang with his new son. Here are a few ideas for what the famous father can do to bond with his little guy:

  • Tell him "The Story of [His] Life."
  • Explain "What Makes [His Mom] Beautiful."
  • Sing him "The Best Song Ever."
  • Keep him "Up All Night."
  • "Rock [Him]."
  • Stare at how "Perfect" he is.
  • Just chill, "One Way or Another."

Louis, here's wishing you every happiness as you embark on the journey of a lifetime. "One Thing" is certain; becoming a father will definitely give your famous hits "Up All Night," "Night Changes," "No Control," and "Midnight Memories" entirely new meanings!

Can you believe Louis is a dad?

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
