When model and former Las Vegas star Molly Sims gave birth to baby #3 back in January, she and husband, producer Scott Stuber became parents of three. Now, Sims is getting super-honest about what motherhood is like with their brood of three kids under 5 years old: Brooks Alan, 4, Scarlett May, 2, and baby Grey Douglas, 3 months.

First of all, as so many moms know, it can be a bear dealing with mountains of tiny little clothes! “They have a better wardrobe than me,” the Las Vegas alum says. “I spend more money on their clothes than I do on myself!” Not to mention that she's likely laundering tons of little socks and onesies constantly!

Big picture-wise, raising three L.O.s is even more overwhelming at times. "There’s no zone-to-zone defense," Sims, 43, tells People. "It's harder than I thought it was going to be." So normal, but obviously still something that caught the model mama off-guard.

Not that she hasn't been handling all the curveballs beautifully! Her labor with Grey was unexpected, leading to him being born a day early. She figured he would be born via C-section like her first two children, she explains in a video for her website, created in partnership with digital mom network Awestruck.

Ultimately, all of the surprises and stress that come with being a parent are obviously well worth it to Sims. “It’s the best feeling in the world — your heart just gets bigger with them, and I’m proud that I was able to do it,” she says. “My family is my little village. I really do feel like my fairy tale came true.” Love it!
