The normally outspoken Kardashian sisters have been remarkably tight-lipped about their lives since the news that Kylie, Kim, and Khloe are all expecting babies now. But if anyone can get celebs talking it's America's favorite talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres—and this time it didn't take much effort on her part. During Kim Kardashian's guest appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she explained that having a baby via surrogate can be confusing for her children North West, age 4 and Saint West, age 1. Without proof of a baby bump, Kim said she makes things real for her kids by repeatedly telling the two about their soon-to-be "baby sister."

"My daughter [North West] thinks she's really tricky. We had a baby shower over the weekend. I thought, 'I really do want to have a baby shower because I want her to feel that something's coming and for her to really understand it," Kim explained. "People brought toys and gifts. She was opening them all up the next day and she said, 'Mom, Baby Sister's not here. I think I need all of her toys in my room. I'll play with them and just make sure they're OK for Baby Sister."

"She's a toy tester...and you just told us it's a girl!" Ellen replied.

Seemingly unfazed by the fact that she confirmed the sex of her baby, Kim responded, "Oh! I guess!" She continued, "Yes, it is. North is really excited about that. She's so excited. Let's see if it lasts. I did explain to her, 'OK, at 4:00 in the morning, when you come in my room, I'm going to have to be with Baby Sister—I have to feed her.' We'll see how it goes."

As Kim continued to refer to her unborn baby as "Baby Sister" the always-candid Ellen replied, "Is that her name, Baby Sister?"

Kim confirmed that she and husband Kanye West have yet to decide on a name, and are taking as many suggestions as they can from friends and family. Kim did admit on the show that she is looking for a unique name, preferably one syllable, and easy to spell. "That's kind of my vibe," she said.

Kim is expecting baby number three to arrive soon! And as the world anticipates three new additions to the Kardashian family, we will continue to think up names worthy of the reality-show family dynasty—but we'll leave all the K names to Kris.
