Kelly Rowland and her husband, Tim Witherspoon, are the new parents to son, Titan Jewell! The Destiny's Child singer welcomed her first child at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, November 4, reports People.

In a public statement, Rowland shared, "We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son. We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!" She also posted the same message on Facebook.

Rowland first announced her pregnancy back in July on Instagram, and then accidentally revealed her baby's gender a month later. She also graced the pages of October's Elle and posed for a series of beautiful pregnancy portraits, including a nude shot. In the interview, Rowland shared her excitement about motherhood, "I can't wait until he gets here ... I'm excited to bring a child into the world, and sharing that experience with my husband is probably the most beautiful part."

When asked about how she'll raise a child in the celebrity spotlight, Rowland explained her low-key philosophy: "I just plan to play it by ear. Everybody has their normal. And sometimes, award shows are a part of that. I have girlfriends who have that experience, and they'll say 'You know, I just really didn't want to be without my child today.' And it's just that simple. It's about finding your normal, whatever that may be."

Congratulations to the first-time parents!

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
