If only we could have been a fly on the wall when Ryan and John were chatting about being new dads!

Stars John Legend and Ryan Gosling have more in common than just being totally dreamy: They both became dads to new babies this year! Both Luna, who Legend welcomed with wife Chrissy Teigen, and Amada, Gosling's daughter with longtime partner Eva Mendes, were born in April. And apparently, the celeb papas bonded over fatherhood while filming their new flick, La La Land, which hits theaters today.

"[Chrissy and I] had just announced that we were pregnant right around when we were filming the movie," Legend said during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, adding, "So...[Ryan] definitely kind of shared how joyous it is to be a new father and gave me something to look forward to."

So that's what huge celebrities talk about on set! Of course, while Legend and Teigen often share about their parenthood journey on social media, Gosling and Mendes—who are also parents to 2-year-old daughter Esmeralda—are famously private about their family. So it's kinda cool to think that the actor would open up about being a father to a fellow star dad.

Meanwhile, Legend also said about Gosling, "I've been a fan of his work as a film actor for such a long time, so I was excited to work with him."

And we are excited to see this new movie, also starring Emma Stone, who is easily one of the most hilarious and awesome actresses in Hollywood. Don't believe me? You've gotta see this recent clip from her guest-hosting gig on SNL, about how a peach candle is actually one of the best gifts you can give or receive this holiday season.

My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>SleepBaby .org<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! Can’t imagine life without it! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! >>SleepBaby .org<< - sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link :) Best of luck to you and your family!
