HGTV’s Home Town stars Erin and Ben Napier are officially parents! The home-renovation experts took to Instagram on Thursday to announce the arrival of their baby girl, Helen—it’s fair to say Laurel, Mississippi’s newest resident is a sweet, little, bundle of joy.

Erin posted a series of photos from the hospital that capture the family’s first moments together. The caption reads, “Helen ❤”

The classic name is an ode to Erin’s grandmother, according to Erin’s blog. After announcing the pregnancy back in October the reality star wrote, "She's a girl and we will name her after my grandmother." Erin continued, "My prayer for Helen is that she will be brave and kind. I pray that she will not be bullied the way I was, and that she will be a protector of the ones who are. I pray that she will learn that from her father, the protector who loves the people in his life so well."

Erin has been extremely honest about her fears of being a mother. The couple—who have been together for 10 years—were always hesitant about becoming parents. Erin wrote to her blog, "Becoming a mother was my greatest, and most hated fear. It had followed me since I saw the photos illustrating childbirth in my daddy's medical books at the tender age of 6. I didn't want to be afraid of it. I wanted to be like the other women in my life who never considered pregnancy something to be feared."

Those fears quickly disappeared as the two anticipated the arrival of sweet Helen. The couple couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter in their life—but don’t expect Helen to be making any TV appearances right away.

"We're still new to this TV thing but we're more experienced at being on television than we are at being parents, so we're going to see how it goes," Ben told E!. "Helen will be our priority and we'll wanna always protect her privacy and let her have the most normal childhood possible. She'll probably spend a lot of time behind the camera and not a lot of time in front of it."

As the king and queen of southern hospitality, there is no question Helen is going to feel right at home. Congratulations to the couple on their growing family—we can’t wait to follow them on their journey!
