Dad's Photos Catch His Little 'Leprechaun' in Some Epic Mischief

Good thing he's so darn cute!

Remember Utah dad Alan Lawrence? He's the father-of-five who turned his infant son Rockwell into a living Elf on the Shelf this Christmas; he's also behind the viral series featuring photos of his other son Will (who has Down syndrome) "flying" through the air.

Well now Lawrence, whose blog is aptly called That Dad Blog, is back with a little something to make you smile this St. Patrick's Day. This time he has turned Rockwell into a mischievous leprechaun, and photographed the now-6-month-old basically turning everything, including the family dog, green, in addition to a variety of other naughty deeds.

If you're like me, you're probably wondering, "How on Earth is a baby that young able to stand on his own?" Well, he can't. Lawrence admits he holds Rockwell in each of the shots, then edits himself out using Photoshop.

You may also be thinking, "Man, that little red beard is beyond cool." Well the art director, web designer, and photographer dad told Today.com that finishing touch almost didn't happen. "When you search for orange beards for babies on Amazon, the results are not awesome," he said. "At the very last minute we ended up finding some fluffy fabric that looked perfect." He added: "He doesn't mind the suit, but is not a fan of the beard—he drools a lot and it always manages to get in his mouth."

My favorite part of these photos is Rockwell's smile. If that adorable little grin doesn't put you in the St. Patrick's Day spirit, well, you're bound to get pinched this March 17th!

  1. Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
