Coco Austin is no stranger to sharing all the gory details of her post-baby life with the public.

After giving birth to daughter Chanel (with Ice T) back in November, the proud mama let this quip fly about nursing: "Can I just say though..." she wrote on Twitter. "My nipples feel like they are gonna fall off they're so raw from breastfeeding."

Tell us about it!

Then just one week later, the reality star posted an insane belly-baring pic to Instagram, showing off a seriously flat stomach just NINE DAYS after giving birth. "All this is strange to me too," she wrote in the caption. "I was mentally prepared to blow up like a whale and I was totally cool with it. I really could have cared less how my body looked."

Easy to say when you're basically rocking a post-baby six pack, right?

Now the outspoken first-time mom at it again, spilling all the deets about sex after baby during People's Mom Talk series.

"Sex is nonexistent for the first couple months," Austin revealed. "It definitely changes...you don't get the okay to even have sex or go to the gym until 16 [weeks]."

And that's something that, at least for now, Coco is A-Ok with. "You don't even want sex, that's the thing," she explained. "Everything is about the child and nothing is sexual in your world."

Even when it is time for the new mama to get her groove back, Coco said there's the problem of trying to figure out a time and place to do it.

"At night, the dogs, the baby—we all plop into our bed and it is a full bed," she said. "So there's no alone moments with your husband."

Looks like the sex struggle is real, you guys.

The one thing Coco has figured out, however, is how to carve out some much-needed time for herself—something almost every new mother dreams of. "If I get up before her, get my clothes on, get my hair and makeup done before she wakes up," she explained "I feel like that's me time."

You go, Coco!
