Brooklyn Decker knows a thing or two about Selfie Sundays.

Or should we say Selfie "Son"-days?

The actress shared the first-ever shot of her 7-week-old son Hank on Instagram over the weekend, and we think you'll agree it's the cutest thing ever!

The makeup-free new mom snapped the selfie with her adorable newborn snuggling on her chest, then posted it with the succinct but perfect caption: "Sundays."

So sweet!

The actress, 28, and husband Andy Roddick, 33, welcomed Hank on Sept. 30, and he is the first child for the couple, who were married in 2009. And while this was the first time Hank has appeared on Decker's Instagram feed, this is not the first time the proud new mama has taken to social media to hilariously chronicle her journey into motherhood.

First, Decker posted this shot of Hank's amazing nursery, complete with Hermes baby blanket. Then, about a month ago, she posted an honest selfie with the caption "Undereye bags. Haven't colored my hair in months. There's dried breats milk errrrywhere. Nevermind the scrunchie #notbalmainarmy." But our hands-down fave post is the screenshot Decker shared of her convo with Roddick while he was busy shopping (and apparently fist pumping!) in Target for a wipe warmer, "the dishwasher thing," and "the plastic grass thing for drying."

Decker's caption this time?

"When your husband owns the Target shopping trip like a f*cking champion."

Awww! Celeb couples...they're just like us!

Roddick, meanwhile, recently spoke about fatherhood at a charity event for World Team Tennis and the Elton John AIDS Foundation. "It's been a fun process so far," he said.

Sure sounds like it to us!

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
