Actress Sara Foster and supermodel Karolin Kurkova both welcomed their second child this week. It's a boy for Kurkova, and a girl for Foster!

Kurkova, 31, gave birth to her baby boy with husband Archie Drury on Thursday. The little bundle of joy is the second for the couple, who quietly wed back in 2009 and already have a 6-year-old son named Tobin Jack.

'To me, birth is the most unbelievable thing that women can go through," the former Victoria's Secret model told Nine in the Mirror. "There's no achievement that can describe that moment, that feeling of 'I've done this.' It's incredible, it's exhausting, it's crazy, and to be able to go through that changes you as a woman."

Sara Foster, meanwhile, gave birth to her second child, a baby girl, on Wednesday. The Barely Famous star, 34, is already mom to 4-year-old daughter Valentina with tennis-pro husband Tommy Haas.

"Everyone is healthy," a source told People, adding that the baby girl weighed in at 6 lbs., 12 oz. Foster's bestie Kate Hudson shared an awesome photo of herself with Foster, the newborn, and Tobey Maguire's wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, on Instagram:

"These are the moments in life that make you stop in your tracks," Hudson wrote. "To see your lifelong friends give life and grow their families is the most heart expanding experience... Congrats and welcome to the world beautiful angel girl born 11/11 Name to come... #BabyGirl #BabyLove #ILoveMyGirlfriends."

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
