It's a bouncing baby boy for Hilaria and Alec Baldwin! The couple just welcomed their first son and second child together, Rafael Thomas Baldwin, who joins big sis, 21-month-old Carmen Gabriela.

The yoga instructor and Extra correspondent took to Instagram to share a sweet, close-up pic showing her newborn's tiny hands clutching onto hers, a monumental and emotional moment all new mamas can relate to. The caption revealed his sweet moniker, which holds his mom's maiden name for his middle: "We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin."

Back in January, the couple announced their second pregnancy news with a gorgeous sunset photo on the beach showing big-sister-to-be, Carmen, touching her mom's growing baby bump alongside Alec and their two small dogs.

We're hoping the yogi mom's second experience with labor was just as extraordinary as her first. When we caught up with her last October, two months after giving birth to daughter Carmen, she told Parents exclusively, "Birth was absolutely incredible. My husband said it was a miracle, and I agree that it was pretty miraculous."

Last month, she was the "Mom of the Moment" for our sister magazine, American Baby, sharing how long she's known that she wanted to become a second-time mom: "The moment Carmen was born, I knew I wanted a second child."

Since her almost 1 million Instagram followers know the mom of two loves to share her journey from pregnancy to motherhood, we can all stay tuned for some sweet baby and sibling pics – both with full-blooded sister Carmen and half-sister, Ireland, who is Alec's daughter with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

Congrats to the newly expanded family!

Quick tip for all you parents all out there: My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>>>SleepBaby .org<<<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! Sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link. >>SleepBaby .org<< Best of luck to you and your family! :)
