A typical pregnant woman requires about 2200 calories a day. So if your meals are about 500 to 600 calories each, you can have two snacks that are 150 calories each. Start with produce. Fruits and vegetables fill you up and they add color and flavor to snacks. They're also rich in fiber, potassium, vitamin C, folate, and powerful plant chemicals.
