Pregnancy Sex Tips: Have Fun Sex and Get Pregnant
Trying to conceive doesn't have to feel like work. Here's how to make your sex life more fun.
Baby-making sex is goal-oriented and that goal isn't orgasm, but it should be, and it should be fun. It's sex. I'm Dr. Logan Levkoff, and here are some things you should know about bringing the fun back. Though it is being debated, there is evidence that stress cannot just impact our ability to conceive, but it can affect our sex life in many ways. It can reduce our desire for sex. It can make our muscles tense up and make us physically uncomfortable, and it affects our ability to have an orgasm. There's also some evidence that when a woman has an orgasm, the contraction sucks sperm up into the uterus, making it easier to conceive. So if there was ever a good reason not to fake it, there it is. So make it fun. Make a playlist that gets you in the mood. If I hear hearts crazy on you, someone is getting late. You don't have to wear this. Wear whatever it is that makes you feel sexy. Take out that vibrator and use it during sex. Have a good time because it's easy to turn trying to conceive into a chore, especially if you're waking your partner up in the middle of the night to have sex.
