How to Make Brownie-Pop Baby Rattles
Learn how to make colorful brownie pop rattles. They're the perfect addition to the dessert table at a baby shower.
If you're hosting baby shower, this simple treat is a fun and delicious way to celebrate. To make brownie pops, you'll start by baking a batch of brownies as you normally would. But choose a recipe that results in a brownie that has more moist and less cake like. Now, it's time to get your hands dirty. Crumble the brownies in a large bowl. Take small clumps and roll them in the palms of your hands to form balls. Next, take your lollipop sticks and dip the ends in the melted chocolate, then skewer the balls and the chocolate acts as a glue to hold them together. Set them aside on a parchment line baking sheet and freeze them for 15 minutes to let the brownies harden slightly and the chocolate to set up. Next, you're gonna take a silicon brush and use it to gently glaze the balls so they're full coated in chocolate. While the chocolate is still wet, roll the balls in colorful nonpareils or sanding sugar. Use your fingers to help cover any of the spots you missed. Once your chocolates harden, you can tie a bow around the stick to finish it off. And there you have it, sweet little Brownie-Pop Baby Rattles.
