Cute Gobbler Cupcakes
When you need a great Thanksgiving or a school party treat, these tasty turkeys fit the bill.
-Hi, I'm Ann Hallock from Family Fun and I'm here to you show how to make this cute Gobbler Cupcakes. For this recipe, you'll need white and yellow frosting, oval shaped cookies, mini chocolate chips, red fruit juice, frosted cupcakes, fruit leather in assorted colors, and toothpicks. You can also get the complete recipe at familyfun.mag.com. With a pair of scissors, cut a quarter inch piece of red fruit chip for the wattle. Shape and soften the candy and press it on to the cookie. To make the eyes, squeeze small dabs of white frosting onto the cookie at the top of the wattle. For the pupils mini chocolate chips into the white frosting. At a beak by piping yellow frosting just below the eyes. Crushed the finished turkeys head into the frosted cupcake. To make the tail feather, use scissors to cut about 6 or 7 leaf shape from fruit leather. Take each feather and press a toothpick onto it, pinching the fruit leather at the base, hold it in place, stick the colored feathers into the cupcake right behind the cookie head. Great as a thanksgiving or a classroom party treat these tasty turkeys fit the bill.
