nothing we take is guaranteed to be 100% safe. If it was it wouldn't have so many crazy side effects. The virus fast so you need to be on your A game. a little boy was at my house one night and before he was diagnosed with it my kids had done taken in the virus by touching everything he touched like the playstation controllers.
