11/9/2010 07:24:46 AM Report AbuseI agree the flu has many strands and the shot only covers one. It's everyones own choice for their own children but my children, 9, 7, and 2 have never had the shot. I haven't had it since 1998. I would rather we build our defenses naturally. What's the harm, you my ask. Maybe building up an immunity to the vaccine and when you finally do get it your body has no way to fight it. I'm not a doctor and don't claim to have done any research on the subject. It's just my opinion.
