Wilson

Wilson is a sportings goods company that manufactures a wide variety of sports equipment. Based in Chicago, Illinois, the company began in New York as a meat packing plant called Schwarzchild & Sulzberger Company. To make use of the by-products from the animals, Sulzberger created the Ashland Manufacturing Company in 1913. The company underwent many name changes and slowly began developing more and more athletic equipment, before finally becoming the Wilson Sporting Goods Company. 

Wilson offers a variety of sporting equipment for tennis players, baseball players and golfers. Wilson junior tennis rackets are designed to meet little players’ needs. The Wilson Venus/Serena 25/23in Junior Racquet offers the player a large sweet spot while they learn to play the game. The Wilson US Open 19/21in racquet is lightweight, making it easy to swing. The Wilson US Open Racket Sling Bag has one racket compartment and features a padded strap and is PVC-free. 

Wilson baseball gloves, softball gloves, and youth batting gloves are available. The company also offers golf balls designed to travel longer distances and even SpongeBob-decorated golf balls.
